Repeat business and referrals account for 90% of our work with repeat clients, including Loseley Park, Handelsbanken, Freetricity plc, Alliotts Chartered Accounts (Covent Garden and Guildford), The Whiteley Clinic, sanofi-aventis, Genesis Publications and Seymours, Surrey’s leading estate agents (medium size), whom we have helped grow from 2 to 12 offices since 2000.

What drives Lisa, Louise, Katy, Mary and Paul is pride and professionalism. We’ve all worked in senior positions in PR agencies in London and want to maintain the highest standards of service now that we’re based in Surrey. Working very closely with our clients, who often become good friends, and we get great personal satisfaction from delivering the best profile and coverage for them.

Increased brand awareness and leads

This increases brand awareness and the number of leads. For example, on the day we secured a news article in the Surrey Advertiser business pages for one IT client, the hits on their website increased by 25%.

And after a sustained press, promotion and social media campaign last year (2011) for Loseley Park, we increased the number of visitors to the Walled Garden in May and June by 100%. That certainly pleased our client and proved the power of PR. It also pleased us to help Loseley and to give them the best possible return on their money.
