- PNPR is delighted to announce signing up with The Heat basketball team in Guildford to do their PR. The Heat is one of the UK’s leading basketball teams and is also very active in the community, teaching children sporting skills and healthy living.
- In our first month of working with The Heat we set up a blog on the Surrey Advertiser website for Chad McKnight, coach/manager, and posted the first entry.
- We also set up interviews on BBC Radio Surrey and Eagle Radio for Chad to be interviewed about the first home game of the season.
- We arranged for the Surrey Advertiser’s sports page to cover a preview of the first home game in addition to a review of the first game of the season.
- For our client, The Skin & Laser clinic, we achieved a full page in the Advertiser’s Lifestyle supplement. This featured iLipo Plus, the new weight loss treatment available from the clinic.
- For Audace IT we arranged for the Woking News & Mail to send a photographer to record Audace donating 6 PCs to the charity, Surrey Care. This duly appeared as a picture news story.
- For our client, RS Couriers we drafted and submitted award entries for the Arun Business Awards, Sussex.
- We arranged for Linda Conway, MD of our client, The Storage Pod, to be interviewed on BBC Radio Surrey’s breakfast programme.
- We continue to help write weekly quotes for the independent estate agents in Guildford, Seymours. These quotes appear in the property supplement of the Surrey Advertiser.
- We also achieved six articles in the Herald series of newspapers in Surrey and Hampshire for our client Grillo LLP Chartered Surveyors, as well as on the Godalming Chamber website. Subject: a warning on the deadline for appealing against the latest business rates.
- The story of Grillo’s 20th anniversary we placed on the Chamber website as well.
- We were delighted to receive repeat business from two clients: Seymours in Godalming and also Waterfords estate agents in Hampshire.
- Equally, it was very interesting attending the launch of the Godalming Business Network, which PNPR will be joining. We wish it well in all its aims.
- Lastly, congratulations to our former associate Nicky Brown, who runs Black Sheep PR in London and recently won the account for Oman Airlines.
