·         PNPR is very proud to announce that we have signed a contract with one of the South East’s premier tourist attractions – Loseley Park. This stately home for all occasions near Guildford has won numerous awards and was recently voted one of the UK’s top 10 wedding venues by the Wedding Channel, which has more than a million viewers and web visitors.

·         We achieved coverage in The Daily Telegraph Business Club pages for Kate Lester about coping in the recession. Kate is MD of Diamond Logistics courier company.

·         We promoted the fact that our client, Guildford Heat basketball team, is moving to Surrey Sports Park with coverage on Eagle Radio, BBC Radio Surrey, getsurrey.co.uk, the Surrey Advertiser’s website, and in the Surrey Ad itself, The Surrey Times and Teletext.

·         Kate Lester was shortlisted for Toast of Surrey Business Person of the Year – the only female in the running. PNPR drafted the award entry.

·         Paul Nathanson, founder and director of PNPR,  was invited to address the Surrey Comms Group consisting of some 20 members of local, district and county councils; the Fire Service, the University of Surrey and Surrey Police. He spoke to them about media relations and media crisis management. This was a great honour and we were happy that the address had given the assembled professionals much ‘food for thought’.

·        Work continued with our clients, Grillo LLP, the chartered surveyors, placing regular quotes in the Surrey Advertiser.

·         After four years PNPR has resigned from the networking group, BNI, but attended the Christmas dinner at Guildford’s excellent Al Vicolo Sardinian restaurant.

·        Other networking this month included a Surrey Chambers breakfast in East Surrey, BEST Business Group meetings every Tuesday morning and attending a Guildford Rugby Club game and Christmas lunch.
